Default 50nl : turn flush with shitty river

Just moved up and taking my first shot at 50nl. Villain is 75/29 over 50 hands 5.9% 3bet.

Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

    Hero (BTN): $67.37 (134.7 bb)
    SB: $63.34 (126.7 bb)
    BB: $50.10 (100.2 bb)
    MP: $60.60 (121.2 bb)
    CO: $66.93 (133.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 5 Q
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.25, SB calls $1, BB folds

    Flop: ($3) T 4 T (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2, SB raises to $6, Hero calls $4

    Turn: ($15) 3 (2 players)
SB bets $6, Hero raises to $15, SB calls $9

    River: ($45) 3 (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero ???

Looking at it , I think i should have raised a lot bigger on the turn, but is there any value to be had betting this river? His calling range pre i feel could have suited connectors that also hit the flush , but would they call a bet with a double paired board and he could also have quite a lot of Tx in his range , not sure that theres many 3's in his range except maybe A3 K3.Could possibly get better flushs to fold but I felt that a bet would just fold out worse and get called by better.

I'd raise to like 21ish on the turn.

I'd check but there are loads of pockets in his range imo, few flushes too, then there are cards he's just missed with completely but may think you have nothing like AK etc. As he's so fishy I think a bet of like $20 would be best as played.

I'd prob make turn 19 or so, but I think with only the third nut flush, it seems ok to check here.

are you betting to get him to call with his Ax and overpairs or to fold his better flushes or both? do his worse flushs call a bet on that board ....though i guess he will if he'll call with his Ax.However, with his check raise on the flop are flush draws 44 and Tx going to be a big part of his continuing range? woth very few Ax in it unless the A is a diamond?

A bet that P4's is advocating is DEFINITELY not a bluff. Why would we expect to get called by Ax and to also fold better flushes?

He's hoping to get called by some bs 4x hand or a worse flush, more than getting a better flush to fold (which will never happen)

I can see a bet if we bet like $16 here or something.
