Default 25nl: common flop spot, river plan?

Villain is on the laggy side pre-flop at 32/26/21 3bet over ~100 hands and wide range on the btn. Seems TAG-ish post flop but small sample.

Flop is one of those spots where chk/calling seems standard, but a competent lag is going to put me in a lot of tough spots and it will be difficult to proceed. I guess I don't have enough equity including backdoors to go for a c/r tho when called, although this flop does smashes my bb cold calling range and I can follow up with turn and river barrels?

As played, turn plan is to chk/call one more street and fold most rivers - sound okay?

River as played: standard b/f spot of around $2.25, or are people b/calling vs this guy and/or sizing smaller to try and sneak value or induce spew? I guess he might play a flush draw like this, so bet/call is probably spew on my part.

    SB ($28.66)
    Hero (BB) ($27.16)
    UTG ($18.43)
    MP ($25)
    Button ($25)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, J
2 folds, Button raises to $0.75, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.50

    Flop: ($1.60) 8, K, J (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $1, Hero calls $1

    Turn: ($3.60) 3 (2 players)
    Hero checks, Button checks

    River: ($3.60) Q (2 players)

On this runout I don't really think there's too much value to be had, especially once the turn checked through.

    I think c/c is best.

Well since you say he's taggish post flop then I would lean more towards b/f'ing (instead of b/c'ing) this spot for about $1.75 to get value from AQ Q-10 and maybe even AJ J-10.

There's definitely value, just bet $1.50.
