Default [10NL] JJ...turn card kills my hand.

Villain is unknown. Villain's first hand in 7.

    PokerStars - $0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
    Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

    Hero (SB): $10.20
    BB: $12.05
    UTG: $10.00
    MP: $11.24
    CO: $5.92
    BTN: $21.68

Hero posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has J J

UTG raises to $0.25, fold, CO raises to $0.90, fold, Hero calls $0.85, fold, UTG calls $0.65

    Flop: ($2.80, 3 players) 9 6 2
Hero checks, UTG checks, CO bets $1.80, Hero calls $1.80, fold

    Turn: ($6.40, 2 players) K
Hero checks, CO bets $3.22 and is all-in, Hero ???

Even though we are getting near 3:1 here I just don't feel like we are beating enough hands to call? What is in an unknowns 3bet range? TT+, AQs+, AKo?? I feel AQs is a push, so we only actually beat TT.

On the other hand, it just feels so nitty given the price we're getting.

Yah def fold. You're assuming it killed your hand, but it might have saved you money vs QQ+.

Villain 3bets vs utg and cbets fairly large on a low dry flop into two players? I think I'm just ditching this on the flop.

That said, I'd be okay with getting in JJ pre versus a likely fish/shortie.

^ if you're going to C/F an overpair to a single bet in a spot you'd expect a bet nearly 100% of the time, wouldnt you rather just muck pre?

edit: that's in response to bean wanting to fold flop. i think as played C/F turn is good

Seems mental, but villain is never bluffing here and he's always jamming turn given his starting stack, so I think we should make a decision on the flop regarding whether we're going with it or not. I'm going with it pre though most of the time.

Interesting that you expect a bet 100% of the time, as I wouldn't expect it in a 3bp vs a cold caller in the blinds that pretty much has exactly what he has. Food for thought.
