Default Check turn? River sizing? (fixed)

Poker Stars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed) - Poker Stars Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.com/

    Button ($13.01)
    SB ($8.85)
    BB ($15.30)
    UTG ($11.89)
    Hero (MP) ($8.86)
    CO ($5)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 10, 9
1 fold, Hero raises $0.20, 2 folds, SB calls $0.18, BB raises $0.95, Hero calls $0.80, 1 fold

    Flop: ($2.20) K, 6, K (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1, BB calls $1

    Turn: ($4.20) 8 (2 players)
    BB checks, Hero checks

    River: ($4.20) 7 (2 players)
    BB checks, Hero bets???

BB is a confirmed fish. The only hand I can remember seeing him 3bet was 54s.

    BB stats 70/37/68/14//11.8/45/-

    Layout vpip/pfr/steal%/Fsteal%/3bet/cbet/fold to cbet

Upon review I think I like betting the turn more than check. I think it's unlikely I'm getting raised and I have a tonne of outs, plus I get to build a pot for the river.

Thoughts on turn play? Sizing suggestions on river?

Question: If the board came out T high without any draws, would you get it in? Let's say 1/2-2/3 pot bets, how many streets would you call?

Given stack sizes and 3b size, I would fold preflop. As played, I would bet bigger on flop. On turn, it would depend on dynamics and recent history if I bet or check this turn. River I would bet around $2.80.

I like checking the turn because your fold equity is particularly low on the turn and you aren't likely to be ahead after the rake.

No, I wouldn't get it in on a T high dry flop with 100bb stacks, never mind 180. I would only call one street if I didn't improve on the turn or pick up outs. I called with T9s because of its post-flop playability IP ~180bb deep.
