[16NL FR] - ATo turn spot in squeezed pot

I squeeze pre because SB is a fish and I think I'm ahead of his calling range but I end up getting called two ways. I was a bit unsure whether to bet the flop here but decided I can bet for value vs the fish and have Ah blocker to NFD's, reg ends up calling and fish folds.

BTN: 21/17 with 20% f3bet (5 samples) over 223 hands total

I think his range on the turn is something like QQ,AJ,KJ,QJ,JT,KQ,9T,89,JJ,TT,99,88. If I check then he'll check back the majority of his hands and if I shove he'll fold 88 maybe 89,9T,QQ but that might be close.

Typing out this hand kinda answers my own question that I think it should be a check fold but I'm still interested to see what people say

villain flats a lot of 3bs. hes only folding 3% of his opens, I expect him to have a lot of PPs, broadways and AK,AQ type hands 4bet % would be helpful too. since he flat called we can rule out KK,AA probably QQ and JJ too but well leave JJ in there.
if his range is JJ-77, AQs-A8s, K9s+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KJo+, QJo we have 54% OTT mostly because he hold NFD blocker. I would jam and take note of his holdings regardless of outcome.
