Expert opinions can be offered by any "side" of an argument, but research papers that cite multiple sources like this one give reporters much more "meat" to go on. I didn't know that the original re-interpretation of the Wire Act came under Janet Reno, John Ashcroft and Alberto Gonzales... very interesting read.

Yeah, it sounds like the wire act was meant to be limited in scope.

Haven´t read it yet, i always heard, that it was a law against sportsbetting over the phone, not against internet poker (how could that be in 1961 lol)
