His thesis is that sexual suppression of women guides societies towards abundance and stability, while sexual liberation of women guides it towards collapse. Nobody seems to know why societies grow or collapse, but his view is a legitimate one. Oskar pointed out one of the possible flaws in the idea.

Compassion and equality don't make us weak, they make us strong. Our weakness is coming from cruel thugs and snake oil salesmen masquerading as compassionate and claiming the mantle of equality. We've got a lot of those these days. You can spot them easily. They call for gay rights while infringing upon religious rights. They call for free speech except for those they disagree with. They call for an end to racism by enacting racist policies. They call for economic fairness by taking more from others. They're the least compassionate and they fight against equality every step of the way, yet they scream so loud about how compassionate and promoting of equality they are that an alarming amount of bystanders think it must be true.
