It doesn't matter that he held onto 63s, it could have been A6s the outcome would have been the exact same. He called preflop for the flush draw and hit it. Take note of his player name and make him pay for making less than great calls.

Early tounament you want to take a couple chances (like this one), to pick up some chips, but you really want a minimum of 400 chips when you get down to 5-6 or so players and/or the big blind hits 50/100 chips. It's kinda odd, but the difference between ~400 chips and ~1000 chips is just one good hand once the blinds go up. If it doesn't come early, don't force it.

I personally would have folded right after the flop, even with 70 chip bet. A-K is great because you're not "tied" on to it throughout the hand if nothing comes up on the board, compared to A-A or K-K.
