bottom two pair on flop....

IF you flop bottom two pair on the flop, is there any reason not to make a substantial raise and go all in if you are raised? I figure only three of a kind has me beat, and I hold some of his outs if the cards help me at all. How do you guys play this when is happens?

Example: I call .50 with 7h,8h and flop comes 7d, 8c, Qh. I bet $3, got raised to $6 and went all in. He had 3 queens that he only called with on the first betting round. I felt in the long run that need to bet that strong and losing will occasionally happen. Do you guys go all in with bottom two pair?

for me, i wouldn't go all-in on bottom two pair in most situations.

given your hand and his reraise, i'd be putting the other guy on a set, or top two pair. i don't think i would have even called the reraise.

even if he's got Q rag, if that rag comes up or the board pairs (and don't make the boat), he's got you dominated.

something else to consider: i've made more money on QQ slow playing from late position in an unraised pot.

All in is a little drastic. I will bet it pretty tough though. you need to watch out because if I have those queens and you keep betting at me, I'll call the $6 flop bet then I'm going to crush you on the turn. But chances are, if I have QQ(can't say the same for everyone), you would have to make a pretty bad play on your part by calling my sizable pre-flop bet.
Also you are going to be drawing dead at that point because any 7 or 8 for you gives me a full boat higher than yours.
