    Any reads?

I would not push on the turn with second pair
If you put all your faith in the river, you are up shit's creek

He was a bit of a chaser/calling station but I wasn't sure of the read

I have a little aggression problem where if I raise pre-flop and hit anything, I must bet. If they don't play back then I keep going. This is one of those hands where any excuse would get me out of it. He provided that on his river bet. I would have probably checked it though if he hadn't bet. I was just wondering if anyone was thinking that I was playing like a puss by not pushing on the turn... rippy?

I think you played it correctly (but maybe I'm not the one to ask ) Maybe, as you said, push his odds out on the turn...

BB could have anything, but he still joined your raise preflop...

On flop he checked but joined your raise... Maybe he had like T9d or something?!

On Turn he check-call again, because he know you will raise him...
You raised him $4 (Pot now: $13.25) His call: 30% of pot. With T9d his outs are 14 (30.4%) and his call is cleared.

The river: He hits his two pair and bets strong, hoping you'll take him for a bluff, thinking you have the J's.
    I think you folded correctly!
I love the feel of Hold'em control...
