Bigred,
What I have found, it that it depends on the rake structure and table type (loose/aggresive).
With party skins raking NL tables on $2 pots, but Limit the rake is on $5 pots, so .5/1 NL is better.
Interpoker rakes on $5 pots. Limit tends to be better, since on the NL side many will throw out a $3 preflop bet, and often everyone will folds, thus no rake, or there is 1 caller making $4.5 in the pot. On the flop orginal raiser bets pot, other person folds with no rake.
Limit tables are looser, if someone raises preflop usually there will be at least 1 caller, thus having $4.5 in the pot going into the flop, the orginal raiser bets $1, there is a much better chance that the caller will again call, thus having a rake.
