Two Questions concerning Party Poker and Clearing Bonuses

In a few days I will have a $75 "instant bankroll" bonus on Party Poker. Rules say I need to play 500 raked hands to clear. So, two questions:

1. What is the lowest level of LIMIT HE that party has that is raked?

and (and I know this as been answered 100 times or more but I'm still confused):

2. Do you have to see the flop to be considered part of a raked hand or is simply being dealt hole cards enough?

1. The smallest limit, .5/1, is raked. And I believe you'll get almost as many hands raked at .5/1 as you would at 2/4, so don't think you need to play higher stakes to clear it faster.

2. You just have to be dealt in a hand where there ends up being a rake.
