I was thinking in this one I'd take down an easy pot but 2 guys showed a bunch of resistance? call? raise? fold?

The first one, you have the 2nd nuts and the dude has a (weak?) ace, maybe two pair, and will probably call any bet up to pot size. He seems to be a calling station, so don't try and check raise. The 9 doesn't look threatening, so he'll probably think he's home and hosed. I'd bet maybe $1.50, $2?

First hand: don't make that flop bet. What's the purpose of betting that amount in that situation? On the river I bet maybe $1.20. A solid bet that doesn't scream "you're beat!" at the fish.

Second hand: push. Then cross your fingers.

I push both at this limit. A weak ace will call you a lot of the time in hand 1, you're probably up against TT and J8 or some other two silly hands in hand two a good amount of the time.

In a five handed game for small amounts of money, I don't fold two pair without a really good reason. Two raises at these stakes isn't really a reason, they could have almost anything. Top pair with any kicker and a flush or straight draw is completely possible.
