Prima Poker Hand History Problems...

I've been trying to get my hand histories from Bet on USA Poker (Prima Poker Network), and for some reason I am having trouble getting the hand histories. I just get the "The server is busy processing your request screen."

I am on a cable modem, which runs the poker software perfectly well and fast. Has anyone else had similar problems? Is there an easier way to get the hand histories, other than clicking on "Playcheck" and then trying to export them?

Have to say that I suffer the same problem with Prima (Royal Vegas). No idea how to sort it...I normally come back later and try again. It's been horrendous the last few weeks as I've now got no histories since 28 April.
