I'm technomancer. Obviously I put my opponent on high card here, but with his preflop play he could easily have had a king lurking. I took his check to mean he didn't. Did I play this well?

I don't care much for the hand. Why the raise with a weak hand like QTo? I wouldn't even play that, let alone raise with it. He had you dominated and you got a good flop, all things considered.

Disregarding the pre-flop play, your bet on the flop is fine. You should have bet the turn when he checked again, and when he checks the second king on the river you absolutely have GOT to bet... first of all to rep the king that he obviously doesn't have, and second of all to get value out of your top two pair that he probably can't match.
