nice post ripp. couldn't have read it at a better time either. i am playing in a WPT sattelite next weekend, and i have a tendency to play a little too tight. this kinda opened my eyes and reminded me that i need to take some risks and let the other guys play tight while i take down the pot with middle pair. thanks for the reawakening ripp.

Great article there, nice find Rippy.

I think this paragraph is extremly important, it covers leverage, which, as Rippy has said many times, and what I have now come to believe, is very important is MTTs. When you get chips, don't hide em, use em!

When you are short-stacked, your hands are tied. Basically, you must wait for a hand and hope to double up.
