Hand 1 - I like the pre-flop raise, I don't think you should fear the raise on the flop, a re-raise is good option here. Make him pay if he's on a flush draw (which he was). I don't mind the river check, but if you put him on a flush and he missed, you could bet the river.
Hand 2 - kind of the same thing, you've flopped the set, no reason to fear the raise on the flop (he could only have pocket aces to beat you), also with two suited on the flop, make him pay if he's chasing the flush. You have covered in chips, I'd go all in right here.
Hand 3 - Good pre-flop raise with the hooks, good call all-in.
Overall, well played, but still a bit passive on strong holdings. If you think you are ahead, don't fear putting more into the pot - give yourself two ways to win, make him fold or have your good cards hold up.
