Default A piece of advice on a hand

Here is a hand from a tourney I played today. We were just about to go down to the final table, and I was thinking about that instead of the hand. I put him on the straight, so I folded. Comments?

I'll post what he had in a couple days.

You're mistake was on the flop... I would have either folded or reraised. Calling lets him pin you on a weak hand, and he can push you, hoping you didn't hit a decent hand. I don't know what he had in that situation, fish can play silly tricks on you.. Try betting out that 3, see where he is at, personally, I wouldn't put him on the straight, coming out betting like that. It seemed like he was afraid you hit the straight.

Min-raising the turn with 2 pair on a draw heavy board in a tourney on the bubble is terrible. Drop the fucking hammer! He'll often fold a hand drawing very live against you or call with a worse hand. If you weren't willing to push your 2 pair hard, then don't call the flop. Think one step ahead!

with the big stack you dont need to bleed chips by completing with trash.

on the flop I wouldnt have called his bet with the low pair. Fold or bet it out hard. He probably hit mid pair and was afraid of the straight/flush

Fold on flop, its taken me ages to stop playing hands like these on the BB, I think you should be looking for reasons to fold when playing a marginal hand that you just checked on the BB so I'd be folding as soon as he bets out.

You missed an opportunity to get the other guy's chips before the final table with a lucky BB hand.

The only worry is 10J blasting out the flush draw, or him drawing to a flush, but I have to think the way he played it you probably had the best hand after the turn. Either he is making a huge semi-bluff withthe draw which I doubt based on action on the turn, I think he got just enough of the flop to get him in trouble.
