intressting! Im leaning in the other direktion! AK will make a pair about 30 % of the time at the flop... the other 70 % you have to rep something with highcard out of position. With JJ you will have a overpair at the flop about 50 % of the time and even with a queen you can try to play it quite strong! I actually limp/call a small raise from UTG with AK and I raise with Jacks, is this flawed thinking?

raise and reraise JJ and AK... especially when the others are loose. |

Both hands are g00t, but I kinda want to avoid going all in without at least top two pair. I am generally happy to buy the blinds with JJ - better if there are a few limpers as well. AK ... given that it's loose, and the blinds are small, I want to throw out about 5xBB try to limit the field a little. Always throw out at least some kind of continuation bet...

I dont limp with JJ to slow play the hand... At lower blind levels on a loose table, I am limping to disguise the value of the hand. The only worth of this hand is to limp to set and as an overpair. Personally, I don't like to force action, especially at a loose table because you will end out bleeding chips when you get call downs. As far as AK, I bet it out because it is a preferance of mine.
