On the flop, I bet 1/2 the pot. Should I have bet the pot ? Secondly. I checked the turn b/c I wanted to gain information. I dont think I should have done that right ? Pot sized bet on the turn ? Then when the river came out, I figured he was bluffing b/c a few hands before I caught him trying to steal from me. What do you guys think ?

    himself fucker.
How does checking the turn gain information when it closes action?

Also, when you got that information in the form of an AI, why read it as weakness?

A better line: Bet the turn, if it goes to the river and he leads out, you can start to worry.

I don't know that KJo is worth a 4xbb raise under normal conditions... maybe as blind steal or as a change up.

Love's calls were stupid, both Preflop and on the flop.

If you were going to call a big bet with a river like that, why not take a stab at repping the flush on the turn?

First off, the person didnt all-in. Second of all, that same person attempted to bluff a pot that I took a few hands ago. I figured since I checked thet turn and so did he, the river was a way for him to try to bluff the pot with a somewhat large bet. unfortunately i was wrong.

IF i bet 3/4 pot on the turn, i probably would have taken it down i believe.

kjo with 100 big blinds 1 off the button with 1 other caller is a good isolating / blind stealing bet in my opinion. Early in the tourney I'll play a little aggresively when I see that opportunity. I can't just be passive and get shit on. But this hand, i did get crapped on. I know better now.

The river is another card for him to possibly make a hand that's better than yours, and that's all it is. pot was what 2k? taking it down on the turn is goot.
