    Going all-in on the turn had TILT written all over it. You knew he probably had the ace but you just HAD to push anyway.

    Two pair is not a liscense to print money.

    You need to reload your stack when it gets that small.

    Against a highly coordinated board, two pair is very bad.

    On the flop, you're trying to represent a great hand but you're doing it without a preflop raise. At these stakes, it's a smaller mistake since they probably won't notice. But most good flop bluffs are set up preflop.
