Stealing blinds is a strategy to I use in a passive game where you can take them down on any old crappy hand.. If these guys are going to call you then dont try to steal. If you're really set on making a steal then pay attention to how each player plays, which ones can you sucessfully steal a pot/blinds from? get your self in a more ideal seat at the table then make a steal from there.

Theres no sense trying to steal from loose agressive player, he'll call you down everytime
