Default my SnG Stats, any advice?

Ive only played about 10-20 tournys at Absolute (including a very bad run!) but heres my stats so far, this is the first time Ive been able to get any stats like this. Any advice on what they tell you?

    Session games (Hands?) 3192
    Games won: [11%]
    Showdowns won: [47%]
    Flops seen [10%]

    <<Your actions>>
    Folds [58.41%], Check: [20.53%], Call [7.26%]
    Bet [4.81%], Raise: [5.38%], Re-raise: [3.61%]

    <<Where you fold>>
    Pre Flop: [83.16%], Flop: [8.34%], Turn: [2.44%]
    River: [1.65%], No Fold: [4.41%]

I sit tight, only limping with pkts or in pos with AJo, KQo... better hands i make sure to isolate and, situations depending (but more often than not) I make decent continuation bets [1/2 - 3/4 pot depending at the flop].

Im not used to 1.5K chips and I think my pre-flop agg in the early levels needs some work, I started raising to 120 or 150 but maybe 200 or 250 would be a better amount, getting to HU at the flop more.

A problem I get is I would raise 3x the BB in the very later lvls - this would make me more pot commited than id like and ive been woundering if a 2x raise would be sufficient, it seems to have the same effect and enables me to release the hand if someone comes over the top allin.

eg stealing hands like KTs, A4s maybe KJo at 200/400, 300/600]. - with these hands Id like to pick up blinds but not risk the tourny on them. Im normally av - slightly lower stack, and a 3x BB bet can make me fairly commited.

You do see people who go down to 2x when the blinds get up over the 100/200 level... personally I think if your stack is small enough you're pot commited on a 3x raise, you're in a push or fold situation. I'm not a guy who likes to blind out, tho. If the table will fold to 2x, there's no reason to make it three. But you may give away too much if you're raising 2x with K10 and 3x with AQ+...

10 % of flops is a little low, but it seems like you are starting out and tight is better than loose early!

    Exactly....well said.
10% of the flops seen is more than a little low, I am considered pretty tight and I am in the 18-25% range.
Limping with PP is fine if there are seveal limpers in front of you, but if you are 1st in the pot or there is a single limper you should raise with them.....the same goes for A-J and K-Q. You certainly want to limit the # of people seeing a flop when you have a vulnerable hand.
47% WSD is a little low as well, what you don't show us is pots won without a showdown.

Those are all stats available to me with the poker-rooms software. There aren't any stats for pots won without showdown, tho Id imagine it would be high as thats where I like to take them down (flop) and bet very agg with the winning hand, never slowplaying unless its a perfect situation.

I guess your right about lossening up a little, I dont ever mix up my game, this is something I'll work on as this could help with loosening up and seeing more flops.

    Cheers for the input

I didn't see suited connectors in your hand list, maybe limp those a little and raise with them now and again. If people see you playing tight, then you happen so raise with low cards and hit something and show it down, they won't know what to do.
