um... ya, the HH looked pretty good. You played it pretty tight, which is always good in a SnG, and HU you pretty much pwned that guy. Its always fun to bust a guy with something shitty like 8 7. You shoulda popped up in chat with "pwned" so he would not you as a fish, rather than the guy that just kicked his ass

I am sorry but I don't agree with this, not because I think he played the HU badly just because I don't think he really outplayed him. The HU lasted seven or so hands and he had a major chip advantage. The hand where he busted the guy he had the second best hand calling an all in and got lucky. Apart from that he stole a couple of pots against the short stacked guy and that is not particularly difficult.

That's my point, maybe you shouldn't have folded them? You might have missed chance to steal. Cards don't really matter as much as position and the player on the blinds around that time in the tournament.

Hm that IS a good point, I'll look into the HH to see what was going on in those hands. Although for some of them, Im pretty sure that people raised before me, and i wasnt willing to reraise with what I had.

On the topic of stealing, I generally read other people's min raises as a crappy attempt to steal. What about you?

I don't take them seriously unless I have been given a reason to beforehand. I will often call a min raise from the SB when I am the BB with a wide range of hands then betting at them on the flop (the stop n go) but you don't need to do this much, just enough so the stealer will not try to take your blind as much. You put yourself in a better position by stealing with crappy cards than defending with crappy cards, even if it is just a min raise.
