flawed logic, out thinking yourself

Should I fold this? Board is scary, I figure AA,KQ is out of the question. JJ could be possiblity, the more I think about it, it was a real bad play, AJ or AT probably wouldnt be calling 100 cold from a EP raise? My inital assessment at the table was two pair AJ/AT and thinking back, it was flawed logic. What would your read be? I should have just folded to the turn re-raise, what do you think?
