Default middle of a sng: what do you do?

This was in a 50 dollar sit n go on poker stars, cobra guy called to much, and was the kind of guy to call raises with any ace. I'm unhappy how i played this hand, even though i did win it.

What's your move on the turn? How do you play this hand overall at this stage of a relatively tight sit n go?

I figured he had a flush draw, but he was the kinda guy to call with top pair, he called way to much for me to know for sure. When he checked behind me, i knew he was on the draw and luckily it didn't hit.

    Tough hand!

If you thought he was on the draw why move in? He's not going to call, but if you bet 300 or so maybe he'll call you down with A high.

On the other hand a calling station like you describe might call with second pair.

Also the ace whore may well have As5s here.

If you're confident on the flush draw read I think you move in on the turn, otherwise I think you look to check both streets.

    Bet the turn.

Bet the turn 3/4 pot or so. Make it incorrect to make that call to see the river. I would have just feared the overcards which would justify checking it down. The river AI was horrible. The only way you were getting called was if you were beat. Make a value bet if you still think you have the best hand but that was very risky to push, even assuming your read was a busted flush draw.

    I'm pushing the turn.

Gut feeling that he has a flush draw here, and I'm big on gut feelings. So he will either fold, or call with bad odds, it's win win.

I agree that pushing on the river was a bad play, but at that point in time i was thinking any bet would completely commit me to the pot, and if i was wrong about the flush draw, and there was any chance i could push him off the pot i needed to take it.

After the hand he told me he was on the draw, so a value bet would have definately been better.
