Default First hand or $30 SnG, great fold of sissy play?

Opinions if this laydown was great or just scared play. Normally I just call it down but this time I decided to be smarter..

And guesses what the guy had..

Either Quads or a flopped full house =D. Why? Becuase iv seen sooooooooo many people min raise with AA that it has become ingrained into my head.

I dont kno whether or not this is a good laydown. I mean I have seen so many min riase with AT and AJ that its very possible. Although, these plays have occured at the 10+1 and not the 30s.

I really dont kno whether or not htis is a good laydown. I am really really on the edge.

I woudlve folded preflop tho =).

I would have made a bigger raise post flop or at least reraised him after he put out his 100. I would put him on a weak ace here and trips not a boat. It is a tough decision but his mini-bet preflop indicates a weak ace suited.

If you re-raise and he comes over the top again, well....I would still call thinking he is on trips not a full house. But if the read is different at this point you get away from the hand.

I like it. Whenever I see a raise then a flop check it always sends up a redflag, especially on a scary flop like this. Even if you did have the best hand, you didn't lose that many chips and there is still alot of poker to be played.

Did you come back to win it? That's all that matters. And it shows a lot of poker experience to be able to lay down a straight when there is a flop like that.

ZenOffsuit was really close, he had Ac3c. I still couldnt see nothing but a boat making a small "please call me for pot odds" kind of raise on turn. At least that is the only hand I could of thought making such a small raise. If this was a smaller buy-in sng I think I would have called it down..

I think I should of raised more on turn but I didnt want possible 2 pairs or trips to fold. Well the guy played like an idiot the whole sng and was among the first ones to bust out. And yes, I did manage to win the SnG after having amazing run of cards.

Glad there was a good ending to this tournament! I love poker justice:
asshat goes down in flames while the good guy takes the cash.
