early tourny, i had just had oen guy re-raise my ak huge with ak then go all in on the flop when it missed. I had ak and flush draw so i called and we split.

Should I have bet out here or do you think I would just be throwing chips away?

Why does this flop seem to come up all the time with big slick??

I like your play this early on. The temptation to bet out is so strong, but soemtimes you gotta let em go - it should pay off later.

Early on I don't bet A/K this big. Just a little to show some stength preflop. If I get a good flop, I can probably keep some Ace whore in the hand and get a good amount of chips. If it is not a good flop, I can get away from it no problem. His re-raise is worth a call, no doubt and the fold is good. Why force things this early.
