    Default MTT seating & moving

Does anyone know how any of the online poker rooms move players in MTTs? Is it random or do they intentionally put serious short stacks against the chip leader? I've been thinking about it for awhile, and sometimes I find myself hoping to get moved to a new table for whatever reason. Last night in a freeroll, it was me, two other live players and 7 disconnected players. This wasn't so bad because blind steals are good & easy, but still odd. *shrugs* anyone?

I personally believe it is as random as the shuffles and flops. I don't think any of these poker sites want to jeapordize this cash cow by manipulating scenarios. I play on complete faith that everything is random.

The programming would be much more involved if they were going to make certain flops occur or seat people a certain way..

    Well, that's not entirely accurate.

Down to two tables, 9 at each. In a big hand 6 people get eliminated at once from table #2. They'll move some from table 1 to balance it out.

    But close enough.

    I'd drop in the evening..
