Help me with final tables!

Sometimes I play MTTs over at Pokerroom and whenever I get near the final table my game falls apart. My blind steals fail, people steal on me I don't know what it is. For example yesterday I was playing got to the final table though this is finally it. But it wasn't because my JJ lost to AT on a steal. Am I just getting unlucky and picking people who have hands or should I do something different?

when you first get to a final table, play tight. lots of people are so relieved to get there, they stop playing good poker. let a few people bust and get good reads on everyone. reads are important! once it gets down to 5 or 6 turn up the aggression.
