    Default Fishy SNGs

    Here's the scenario.

You're in a game with a bunch of fish/bad players. People are dropping fast, and suddenly there are only 5 people left but it's only 25/50. I usually wait until 75/150 to loosen up and go aggressive, but now that it's a smaller game, do I start changing gears? I never know what to do in this situation; normally I keep it tight until 50/100 or 75/150 anyways.

I'm interested in other's thoughts. I try and keep it tight against
poor players until the blinds make it worthwhile.

Stay tight. With you having so much money in relation to the blinds the table still has a loose feel. You may be able to check your way into the money.

If the table tightens up, you can loosen up a little.
I don't know what they have to say
    It makes no difference anyway.
    Whatever it is...
    I'm against it.

if they are all fishy, maybe a few more bust before the blinds get serious

It really depends where you are chip wise in relation to the rest of the table. Did you take somone out....2 people? if you are the dominating big stack lean on the rest of the table....if you are sitting there with essentially your starting chips don't change you game plan, play tight and watch one of those big stacks blow off his chips. I see these situations from time to time and it is so very situationally and player dependent. If you have a lot of chips pick good spot and apply pressure - play position and equity not hands. If you have an ok to smaller stack it is the same as any other SnG...just got short handed fast.

For the first time ever I had the exact opposite happen in a $50 SnG on Stars we were still 9 handed when the blinds changed to $100/200 w/ $25 ante....three hands into the antes we lost or first person, but everyone was so tight aggressive that there was no big or small stack we all were around 1200-1700 chips...blind stealing swapping chips It was a very tough game. I played TABTA until we lost our 3rd person at $200/400 then went maniacal and starting shoving twice an orbit...won a couple flips then tightened up again and let the shorter stacks fight for the bubble. The funny thing is...this SnG did not take much longer than any other....its that everyone went deep, but it ended very quiclky....very tough and very fun as well.....BTW 2nd place....grrrr
