Playing $10 SNGs... if I send over a zip of HHs is anyone capable of taking a look at them and seeing what the hell I'm doing wrong?

26. I quit for the night. I zipped up all the ones that were in my HH folder (for some reason only about half are there) if anyone would be so kind.

i pretty much just copied this from ilikeaces, but i think he's right. the way you beat these is to just abuse the blind structure. play only AK AA KK QQ early on (maybe JJ and TT for set value). if you don't get any of these, its not a problem, you should be able to make it all back and more on te bubble. start pushing in position when 100/200 blinds start, maybe at 50/100 if you are really short stacked. the key is to save as many chips as possible early on and then be really really really really really aggressive on the bubble, then carry that same aggrssion into the money.

ok link works, and i looked over a few. i tihnk you play too loose to start. hands like T9s, 87s, even KQo should just be folded because of the shallow stacks. also, forget raising 3x when the blinds are 100/200, just push. push with marginal hands in position, especially when smaller stacks are in the blinds. on the bubble people are just trying to fold their way ITM, so you must take advantage of this. take this hand:

xWAVEx has 390 chips and 300 of those are in his blind. He should call here with any 2 and often will.

I'm on a similarly bad SNG run over about 15 SNGs. I've tried just about everything, switching to PS, moving down to lower$ SNGs, 6-man - no luck. I can see from the histories that at least half is bad play with a few more bad beats then normal thrown in.

Hey Avatar - What ever happened to you playing the NL games at InterPoker? I remember back late last year when you were playing there and seemingly doing pretty well.

I went on a long streak of losses a few weeks ago. And i think DavSimon described it as "low level tilt". Your frustrations and fear of losing yet another game really effects your play even if you aren't aware of it. Calling that hand is a great example. So is playing too many hands early and forcing things with certain hands because 'Dammit, I am not losing another pot!"
