Best Tourney Ever...so why did I loose???

O.K... I am def on tilt right now, came in to the final table in a 45 player SnG with a huge stack lead and walked away sixth. After investing several hours in this I am a little upset to be walking away sixth (especially when I was up big). Where did I go wrong? I only posted the last 15 hands, but hopefully that will provide enough information for critique. I would really appreciate your thoughts on my play!!!

#8 - attacking big blind but why call the raise after the flop. fold here.

#3 - here you were hoping for a repeat of hand #16 but you no longer had 20K chips and you are up against a big stack. poor calling, esp. on the rvr

Your big mistake was calling on hand #3 with 55. Laying those down

#1 - I actually might have layed this hand down after he re-raised your raise. That just has QQ, KK, or AA written all over it. Or it could be AQ or AK, which is a coinflip. So your most likely either dominated or in a coinflip situation. Not worth it

#3 - Raise preflop. One guy limps in, that says he has a marginal hand. Make a big raise to get him off his marginal hand. Postflop, you need to mange your chips better. Why are you calling 800 when theres 3 over cards on the board? Are you hoping for a 2 outer? Fold to his first bet and you save almost 5000. The turn and river calls are not very smart imo

#6 - Tough luck, but again, I dont know if I would want to be risking that many chips for a coinflip (or underdog) situation. If he has AK your dominated, but any other pocket pair is the favorite against you (except AA and QQ) Depends on what type of players these are, though. Someone might get weird and push with ATs or something.

#8 - I like the raise, but I might do 3xbb instead of a minraise. He's probably thinking, "I'll see the flop" Also, why are you calling on the flop. Raise to steal if you think he has low pair and will lay it down (or just fold)

#12 - Great play. Perfect flop to throw a bet out on.

#16 - Same as #3. Raise preflop. They both probably have marginal/weak hands. You need to isolate this. The odds are a lot more in your favor going heads up with a pocket pair compared to 3-handed. Post flop was kind of strange. I guess if you knew this guy was an idiot I would call the 7's, otherwise this is a bad play. 3-over cards and a flush draw with a low card.

You had him covered 3 to 1, so you were fine to call his all in with an AQ, unfortunate that you lost the coinflip.

3x Big Blind, so you want to be raising 1600 to 2200.

Also on #8, either bet out strong on the flop and try to take it down there, or check/fold the flop, do not check/call the flop, that is throwing chips away.

1.) like someone said, thats poker. JJ is a great place to make a stand...right? bad luck.

3.) heres where i see tons of mistakes. you have a garbage hand and youre simply check-calling. at least give yourself some ways to win the hand without a showdown by raising. either muck or raise. none of this passive bullshit. raise preflop or fold postflop...

6.) good call with AQ, laying it down would be a crime.

8.) see hand 3.

12.) thats how you play poker. raise with garbage and raise some more. take it down without a showdown and keep your opp guessing.

15.) dont play JT for a raise without a read. better places to invest your money especially as bigstack. you have the luxury of waiting for places to put your money in...and you never want to be a passive bigstack, youre the one pushing people around remember?

16.) raise preflop. youre dancing with fire postflop.
