Default Has anyone else noticed this play lately?

I play at PacificPoker, at the $4 + .50 buy in 20 player SnG's, and about two weeks ago, I ran into many many players making the following play. They would limp from any position, then go all-in when someone made any type of pf raise. I can see doing something like this with aces occassionally given the right table, but they were doing it with JJ, or even A9. I was just wondering if this was specific to the site I play, or if it is a trend others have noticed. Also, how would you play against it. I like to raise with AQ preflop, but I don't usually like going AI with it. How would you play the AQ at a table with 2 or more of these players?

BTW, this is my first post, so be kind

lemonade was a popular drink and it still is
I see this alot and it's usually junk hands that are pushing. Unless, I have a monster, I'm laying down because it usually happens early in the tourney. I'd rather give myself a chance to outplay them later instead of getting into a flip with them when blinds are 10/20 or whatever.
