[Krotalus]

My game as a whole lacks aggression, but i have been diligently working at it. Here is the result of my efforts, the following is my hand history from the time we went heads up until the end.

Did i actually get too aggressive?

Nicely played but that was actually not aggressive. You only bet when you had cards. Im not sayin it was bad, its just because you had cards almost every hand. You would have to post a different HH to show if you were really playing aggressive or not.

Also, aggression heads up is far different from aggression at a full table. I find aggression at a full table to be more profitable in tourneys because the blinds will add up and your hands will get paid more often. heads up, if you play aggressive your opponet will usually catch o sooner or later.

For me it was aggressive, i am usually pretty passive, happy to call bets and let the cards come to me even in heads up.

It did help that I had decent cards to work with, but once i got him on the run i was determined to keep coming after him no matter what hole cards i was dealt.

The only thing I didn't like was the last hand. Here you basically forced
him all-in on a high card Q. Now, the draw went your way but why give him the opportunity to get back in. Here I want high card K and force him all-in before the flop. Pushing on him after the flop with a Q is a little too risky.

by this time it was getting late, i was getting tired and i have to get up at 5:30am, i just wanted it over, at that point i didnt care who won, i was pushing as hard as i could to end it.

If it hadnt been so late i probably would have bet 2000 or 4000 as a feeler/semi bluff. But at this point the $4 difference between first and second wasnt as important as getting to bed
