    Default AKo missed flop SnG

Missed flop, out of position push..
Tables playing tight, small raises are getting plenty of respect.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) converter

    Hero (t1895)
    Button (t2525)
    SB (t2435)
    BB (t1145)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, A.
Hero raises to t450, Button calls t450, 1 fold, BB calls t250.

    Flop: (t1450) 7, 4, 2 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t1445 (All-In),

if small raises are getting plenty of respect, you have 2 callers which means they respect ur call and are calling with decent hands.

I think anyone with an overpair is callin you on this push. Why push into 2 other players? I dont like the play. What level is this?

    It was either a $20 or $30 can't remember.

I just remember pushing and thinking i didn't like the play.

They were willing to call preflop, why wouldn't they call a board about as un-scary as it gets.

    Thats my thinking.
Again, if they respect ur raise, that means they have a hand. If you push on a non scary board, It seems like you have something to hide. THey may just spite call.

I think the BB is done, tight player with a pair there should bet just in case you're on high clubs and flopped the draw. Helps the push, tho, since button has to worry what he'll do.

Hmmm, just looked at BBs stack again, he's pretty short, could be looking to check call AI... ack.

I'd have probably made the same play you did.

I guess if we're going to make this play, what about just raising enough to set the BB in pre flop?

whether small raises are getting respect or not, I push because my stack is so small. you also have the BB covered, so he will be much less inclined to call.

    pushing preflop prevents hard decisions.
