    Default crazy hand

35 seat $1+50c SitnGo on pacific (dont play here much so dont know how to get the actual HH but have used the playback feature thing to relay the hand)

Very first hand of the tournament.

In the CO with KsQs, it starts 7 handed and there was 1 limper behind me, I raised to 60, the BB calls as does the limper.

Flop comes : Kh Js 10s

The BB bets about 200, the limper raised to 500.

I go all in, i figured I have TPGK, and an open ended straight flush draw. The BB calls as does the limper.

    Turn: 4c
    River: Qd

BB shows K8 don't know what he was thinking..
Limper shows 10 10 to take the pot with trip 10's. Why on earth he limped is beyond me.

Should I have risked all my chips on the first hand? I had just took first place in the same tournament earlier in the evening so I kind of found it funny but i swear that attitude will cost me $.

P.S Im not trying to make out this is a bad beat.

You did the right thing and it didn't work out. If you can't go all in for a large pot with an open-ended straight flush draw and top pair, I don't even want to talk to you. Trip Tens got fairly lucky with both the flop and the outcome - he was barely favored over you with two cards to come. That was pretty much a coin flip.

    - what dalecooper said. (cept fo the part about not wanting to talk to you if you can't make that play - I'm far nicer)
I'll be a rootin' tootin' shootin' damn fool, protectin' my chips.

You made the correct play by a long shot, don't second guess yourself because you didn't win.

AA AI preflop?/??? but I lost!!!!! I'm folding AA now...

The only thing i was maybe worried about was the limper holding Ax of spades but my chips are still going in, could anyone be kind enough to work out the odds of trip 10's beating my hand at the flop?

    LOL

And I'm AI all day. You can't really make any other play, you have outs against any hand but you're not sure which ones will help.

Tough odds calc... you are a 'favorite' to hit one of the draws, but he would have re draws to the full.... but then you end up with a draw to a bigger full! Coin flip good enough for me.
