I suppose, although your weak bet encourages him to raise if he has a draw.

I don't like to min bet in these situations. At a normal .10/.25 ring table they will call down pot sized bets without odds drawing to a straight/flush, I would have fired out the flop pot sized, if you are just called then you can assume he has a draw. Then you should make him have to make a call without odds on the turn, so you can take a bigger pot with him.

Giving people odds to call with a draw is never good, make them pay to see a card!

the fact that you're allowing a draw with the min bets, tells me that you don't have a decent hand either, and if I was feeling a little frisky that day, I may re-raise you big on the river. It's a good read and good play against a tighty, but a more aware player might see through it.

If his draw doesn't make and you are sure of it, surely it isn't a bluff because you have the best hand.

I don't consider stack sizes in this situation, what you want to aiming to do on this hand is not give him correct odds to draw, giving someone odds to draw to their straight here is most definitely -EV.

Even if you do fire out pot sized on the flop and turn and he calls it all in, he has called without odds, so that puts you in a +EV situation.
