Folding is probably the best move, but in situations like this I usually end up going all in anyways. 9/10 times you'll get called and be beat though. You may consider going all in preflop. Yeah, it's likely you will only get 45 chips but when you are that small of a stack you're not really looking to see a flop, just double up or bust.

All in preflop and pray for one-two callers

    Fold to the raise postflop

Barf... it's awkward but I'm leaning towards the AI pre flop. At least raise it 4 or 5 x, then it might make this a little easier.

Any read on opp, could he be betting a draw into you? If not I guess you are done, but I would bet in this spot with a 78, any 5 or two Ds... hoping you'd fold your whiffed AK etc. I think you're ahead maybe 1/3 of the time here. Honestly I'd probably move it in and click back to the lobby to look for another tourney.

How many hands to the next level? I think that is where bodog doubles the blinds, so it should be 30/60, which would make your M 3.7 (assuming you play this hand the same).

It was really soon, in at most 3 hands.

The blinds are still tiny. This means it is absolutely NOT an all in preflop scenerio, nor is it shameful to give up completely on the hand postflop and cut your losses. You have AK, you raise to 3xBB leaving you with about 12xBB. That's healthy enough. I do consider calling 100 here to see the turn. That would leave you with 9xBB. Sometimes they're drawing and will slow down on the turn. That gives you opportunity to either bluff all in or see the last card. Either way you have enough chips to race with someone heads up at the next opportunity if you lose this hand.

One of the biggest mistakes made in a SnG is pushing your risk before it's necessary to do so. You need to get a better feel for when it's time to gamble up. This is clearly not the time. You still have gas in the tank.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
