When to stager

If any of you stager your SNG's when do you open a new one up and start to play it. I am in the midst of reading HOH-1. So i will read and play at the same time but when i finish i plan on 2-tabling 10+1's. When will a good time to open another SNG up.

I think that if your going to be staggering, you are staggering to ensure that you dont make it to the bubble att he same time. So, maybe stagger them by a level or two?
