    Default Good push or bad?

Edit: Just realized this should be in the S&G forum. Moderator, please move this thread. Thanks.

We are at the final table of a 27 seat 10+1 MTT at pokerstars.
Sorry I don't have the hand history but here is my description:

There are 8 plrs left and I am delt 33 at UTG+1. Blinds are 100/200.
I am at about $3k chips which puts me on the lower end of stacks.
I limp in as get three more limpers after me.

    Flop is 9 3 4

I check, figuring I'd push all-in on any bet.
Checks around to the Button who goes all-in with his $600 small stack.

I push all-in and surprisingly, one additional plr calls.

    He turns over 44.

Would anyone have played this differently?

He had a slightly bigger stack than mine which took me right out.
I felt a push here was the best move since the flop did have a straight
draw and there were two hands betting ahead of me.

Set over set = you lose your chips.

Even Doyle says he generally can't get away from a set even in a unraised pot fearing another set (never in a raised pot). Harrington actively mocks people folding because they have deduced their set was beat by another set. That's good enough for me to happily lose my money when it happens.
