Preflop raise not large enough to drive people out and isolate. First and second blind structures the min raise needs to be 4-5 not 3 x BB. It worked here to get it down to 2 others, but will not always work.
I would of liked the flop bet to be more in the 140-160 range. Roughly 3/4 the pot. It will let you know more about their hands and possibly win it for you.
Your turn bet is too small again since it's less then half the pot. BUT since your original stack is only 1000, this amount is somewhat good.
I put him on either a straight or a flush. Without reads, it's a fold.

I agree, i feel the pre flop re-raise is too small. 5xBB is a good amount to narrow the field.
What you have to remember with AK is that it is not a made hand, it is more of a drawing type hand pre flop you only have an ace with a good kicker, you are looking to hit on the flop.
I also dont like your bet of only half the pot on the flop. I would probably make a pot sized bet and be wary of any callers. The ace on the turn is not a good card for you even though it gives the nut flush draw to yourself as well as TPTK.
I would fold the turn probably being beat by two pair or the flush.

Wouldn't betting the pot on the turn basically leave me pot commited? If I did everything the same except bet $500 on the turn, I only have $340 left. Lets say he reraises all in, making the pot somewhere close to $2000. Now I have to call even though my hand is very vunerable.
