Yeah, seems like he's thinking that you're onto his continuation bet on the flop there, so I can see why you question it. The only thing that is weird there is that he bet the same on the flop as he did with his PFR. That was a hefty PFR (hit the Bet Pot button?) which usually indicates that someone has at least a decent drawing hand, if not a high PP. However, when they DO have a nice PP, at 2/4 you'll usually see ANOTHER pot sized bet on the flop, not like here. Also interesting is that when the K fell on the turn, he froze. I'd check here: he either had something like 8s-10s and decided you had a K but would call to find out on the river OR you have him beat anyway with the nice AQ. Depends on your read, of course, but if he had a set or 4-6 or something and thought you were agressive, I could see why he'd hope for a steal bluff there at the end.
