Downturn since vacation

I was on vacation for a good week so I had a long break from poker. I came back and played some SnG's and I haven't been as successful. I've missed ITM plenty and made 1st only once out of a good amount of games.

I know it's hard to tell what's going on w/o seeing some HH's, but what are some general things that can happen from a long break from playing? I can't quite put my finger on it.

Varience, bad run of cards, forgot how to play.

It's almost impossible to tell. You're rusty, maybe you're playing too loose or too tight, not raising enough with good hands, not stealing enough blinds... or maybe it's just a downswing. Who knows. Hand histories required, I think.
