just to remind anyone, i dont normally play a/10 early...but ive played with this guy before and had notes that he is a loose and not very intelligent...however i did not see this coming...

learn to fold!! you had absolutely nothing and he bet you on the turn. idiot or not, he's not gonna give money away. your raise to 260 is garbage - if you want to bluff, raise to 400 or 500. he was already half comitted on that reraise so of course he's gonna call. you're playing loose passive and you need to stop that before you lose a lot of money

It's funny how people think about hands like AT as junk and want them folded preflop without even an attempt to limp when blinds are reasonable. It's most definately true at Party Poker or maybe some of the other rooms I haven't played at (I have played party poker and almost every hand is an action hand). At the room I play at (I won't mention it), this hand is most definately NOT junk anywhere on the table. There are a fair amount of what you would call non action hands, and this is a great holding in one of those hands. If you can get into a limping pot with it and take the entire stack of someone playing A7 suited, then it's sure worth taking a look see.

I think people are used to seeing a high pocket pair every single hand on Party. It's ruining your perspectives.

im just getting sick of people thinking im posting bad beats...both hands are not bad beats...the second one is but thats not the reason i posted it...i posted the first one to see what everyone thought, i knew it was wrong...but i was looking to get yelled out and learn something from it...the second one was my comeback in that same tourny after the beat...and i was able stick with it and pull out a second...that last hand was just proof that i did so...not posting cause it was a bad beat...even though it was :P
