Default I know, I know, I shoulda been more Agressive...

The villian was playing really tight, and usually underbet his hands, so I put him on 10's here. Just couldn't fold the trips... I did eventually take his entire stack though...

My opinions below, also in white:

While I could've extracted more value from this pot, I honestly didn't think I was ahead, and was just paying the guy for his boat... When should I have figured out that he was playing the same trips I had. Remember, I've only seen him in hands and betting when he was strong.

This was the very next hand with the same guy. I like how I played this one... Very easy with the position on him...

First hand was played a little conservatively. I would have raised in the earlier rounds so that I could build the pot for the later rounds. Also there is the straight draw possibility which you need to guard against. I would have made it $2.50 to go on the flop. I want to know if he has JQ there or a stronger hand. On the turn you are worried about KQ but a flop raise would probably have helped remove that worry and you could safely raise him to $5 there. The 6d on the river is a great card for you. If he was just calling along the way I would consider betting the pot here or just going all-in.

Second hand again, don't give a free card. Bet .50 to try and figure out if they are drawing or if they have a hand. A draw will call here while TP may raise it. It looks like your opps. are playing passively too, though, so they probably would have just called. The Jc is a great card for you as you can now work on building the pot, knowing you probably hold the nuts.

Thanks for the advice, but did you even read what I wrote about the villian?? Up until these hands he was playing really tight, and I had no reason to think he had anything but the nuts. Add to that that he underbet a lot of his hands previously, how can you read him just like that??

Second hand, I gave the free card to show weakness, which is exactly what I wanted to do. Apparently our strategies are different...

First hand, would your villain limp in with TT or JJ from MP3? Those are the only hands you are worrying about (other than straights). You know your opp. better than I do but that would be something I would ask myself.

Second hand, slow playing a set is definitely not my style. Especially multi-way with that flop texture.

Bet it and they will call.

I foldA9o from the SB in a no-limit game. You just won't hit enough flops hard enough to bet the ranch.
