Something i cant find/might not exist

I was just wondering if at the end of a sng there is a % of hands raised that you would be looking to acheive, or that your stats suggest you should acheive.
eg in 6max ring hit 10% hands raised even with rags.
Does this exist for sng or is it simply situational and positional later on when on the bubble or short stacked that determines raise percentages and therefore it is random and unimportant?
