Well he's betting like he has A,10, I would have folded after his bet on the turn

Or he could have flopped a flush and was trying to trap you, he didn't shy away from your re-raise after the flop

those are just my guesses of course, I'll be interested to see what he actually had, but either way i smell a rat

I'd raise the turn just for info. If anything you should of raised after you checked the turn too.
    pulling a courtiebee pŏŏl-ĭng ā kôrt-ē-bē (verb phrase):
    1. overvaluing mid pocket pairs
    2. knowing you should fold, but donkishly calling or raising anyway

Call the flop, you are on a draw with bottom pair, you dont want a I would reraise the turn

Fold to the bet on the flop and lose your big blind chips and wait for a better spot. You were just hoping to hit an ace.

He was also drawing to the nut flush, otherwise it is a clear fold on the flop ofcourse

Bet the flop, probably push the turn.

I'm not shy about getting a lot of money in here on the flop. You have bottom pair + the nut flush draw. So 9 outs to the flush, 3 outs to trips, 3 outs to aces up...I bet the flop, if i get raised, smooth call. When the turn brings the ace i'm pushing.
