How bad is this push on the bubble? JP is likely to call with just about anything, although I'm by far the tightest player at the table,

Hand 1 - no. I'm raising on the turn. If he re raises I'm a little spooked but I think you need a read to give up AA there.

Hand 2 - You saying JP is likely to call makes me think you assume he'll call with a worse hand than KJ, in which case I like the play. Not good if you're looking for ITM but g00t for the win.

Yeah, I'm looking for the edge to put me comfortably in the money, whether it's stealing the blinds or doubling up against his any two. Aren't you always looking for the win ?

    Hand #1: Reraise
Hand#2: I would not push here

Hand 1: Definitely reraise. I might push, but that depends on how my feel for the situation was. The only hands you're afraid of are 66 and 22 (KK should have reraised preflop).

Hand 2: I like the push unless you're going to be able to get one of the shortstacks completely out first. Your stack is very small in comparison to the starting pot, so if you're going to win it, you need to make something happen. You're not that likely to catch a better hand soon, but you want some protection (chips) in case one of the short stacks does.
    I run a training site...

On Hand 1 I just called the guy down fearing some fishy two pair (Kx to match something on the board). At these low limits I feel like anyone is capable of playing Ax Kx and hitting two pair to bust my overpair. My gut reaction was to push as soon as he bet 200, though....

the river was another miss and then he bet 60(min). Probably should have just reraised him huge there too... guess I was playing a little scared do to my lack of reads.

hand 1. Auto raise even as much as a push?
hand 2. I'd call. If he raises i go over the top and i push the flop so long as its not ace high making him make the nasty call.

Hand 1 - What could he have called the pre flop raise and the flop bet with that is helped by the two of diamonds on the turn? 35s? K2? Unlikely. I'm raising the turn. The only thing you have to worry about here is a slowplayed 66 or 44.

Hand 2 - I don't like it with the big stack still left to act. Especially with him in the BB it's cheaper for him to call if he has anything from Ax to a little pair...Dangerous chance to take with KJ, i wait for a better spot. The shorteset stack is the big blind next hand, you will probably find him pushing and hopefully you can bubble in, then take a gamble.

Hand 1 looks to me like hes trying to fend off your continuation bet by leading out on the turn.
I agree with drmcboy here. 1) YOu have AA on a very non scary flop 2) Raise.

Hand 2 is an easy push for me.
