I really didn't like Danny until I saw him play at that "Championship poker at the Plaza" on FSN. After that, I became a die-hard Danny fan. His offical website www.fullcontactpoker.com carries his articles from Card player and tells you how he's doing this year. It's kinda under construction so I just read the articles from cardplayer.com.

On a side note.... is there any relation to his facial ticks and the strength of his hands or his willingness to push? I've never taken the time to watch closely enough and on tv they just don't show enough hands for me to tell. I was wondering if anyone else thought about it?

I definitely agree with that rilla.. I think his absolute lack of attempting to have a stone face works to his advantage

I too like negreanu a lot.. id rather watch him play than probably anyone else, except gus hansen (who is tied)

That was me I knew they were an item some time ago and have since broken up... I believe I saw it during the "ladies of poker" or some such awhile back and they were doing a bit on Evelyn and how Daniel had been coaching her.

ya, it's just those periods where you're up down up down up down down break even for like 2 months...

1k hands of variance really ISNT much, after I started playing limit a lot I realized how ridiculous it is, but if you keep hammering the good hands, you DO start to win.

I read his blog a lot, and it was nice knowing that even pros like him have big swings (for a while he was losing every tournament and having no results in cash games)
